LEO, short for Leger Opinion, is the most extensive proprietary panel in Canada. Leger, the largest Canadian-owned survey, market research, and analytics company, created it in 2004.

On LEO, panelists can complete surveys online rather than over the phone. Today, the LEO community has over 400,000 members across Canada and the United States.

How Do You Earn On Leo?

After becoming a member of Leo, you will have an account, unlock the menu, and fill out more specific information about yourself.

Your demographics are your income, race, marital status, number of children, and the more information you can provide, the more you will increase the odds of you being selected for more surveys.

There are several ways to earn on Leo.

1 Surveys

LEO Surveys offer their members the opportunity to earn ‘LEO Points’ for completing paid surveys.

After joining LEO, you will be e-mailed invitations to complete surveys as they become available.

Suppose you prefer the convenience of taking surveys on your phone.

In that case, you can use the LEO app (available on both Android and iOS) to take surveys, check your account balances, and redeem your rewards straight from your phone.

A summary of the surveys is available on the app once a day. You will also receive notification emails when surveys are available for you to complete.

You can choose to accept or decline to receive push notifications from LEO in your phone or tablet settings.

 Cash values of surveys

Cash values of survey completions vary; however, Leger Opinion advertises amounts that range between $1-$35.

You Can Redeem LEO points for cash payments made via PayPal, gift cards, pre-paid Visa cards, Air Miles, and Aeroplan miles.

You may request a reward when your account reaches a balance of $20.00.

Processing times vary according to the prize you have chosen. Here is the maximum number of days you will wait between the date of your claim and when you will receive the compensation:

• PayPal: 10 business days
• AirMiles: 5 business days
• Aeroplan: 5 business days
• Visa: 25 days
• Starbucks e-Gift-Card: 15 business days
• Uber and Uber Eats: 15 business days

you’re given $0.50 and 5 entries into the monthly draw for each survey,

2. Prize Draws

The available monthly prizes values at around $2,500. The draw takes place on the first Tuesday of each month and includes five prizes similar to the following: $1000 cash, $500 cash, a $250 gift card, Air Miles, and more.

Of course, the monthly draws is based on luck, so you can,t count on this as a part of your earnings,

3. Referring Friends

You can make $1 for every person you refer to Leo; in referring your friend, you need to enter their email address, and if they sign up, you will get $1.

LEO also has an option you can participate in; their Love, Hate, Rate program allows you to express yourself as a customer of products you interact with, the places you visit, the events you attend, and more.

Yes, this is a legitimate site; I have seen nothing to raise any question about its legitimacy,

But as with most sites, there are some negative and positive comments.

The payout threshold is high.

The turnaround time for processing is too long.

Conclusion

Leo Survey is not a scam, and it is free to join. Surveys are usually not big money earners; join if you have some time to spare and do not mind the small amount you can earn.

But if you think it is a waste of your time and would you like to earn more? This is possible.

They do not pay

I enjoyed their surveys; they are exciting and rewarding. The website is appealing and straightforward.

But when it came to cash out, all my enjoyment disappeared. They “processed” my request but never paid me.

They now just do not respond to any e-mails/support tickets. I have over 80000 points there, still not including the ones I never paid, but I do not know if I can ever get my money. They just do not respond.

Getting up there in my book!

After my 1st incident and waiting almost a year when they were legerweb, they changed over to Leo; wow I think I’ve cashed out three times never an issue with surveys always strait forward.

I never get screened out on this site (knock knock) its been great since Leo.

They are good in my rating. The support is great; I never have to use it!

Don’t waste your time

Ever since the pandemic started, they claim they need more time to process payment. I’m still waiting for the $20 payout to clear for the last three weeks! It looks like they don’t want to pay you on time anymore.

Do not waste your time completing surveys while you wait on payout!

They urge you to complete a survey every day but making you wait on the last payout, which is ridiculous!

I wouldn’t suggest you join this survey website anymore! If you want to waste your time on this, really, please!

Never get surveys from this site. I wonder what they actually do with my information.
