I have waited for two months and nothing. I can’t raise a ticket as it says my account is waiting for me to verify. I have no emails, and it won’t let me do forgotten password. I’ve set up another email to message them, and they have ignored this too

I strongly advise against this website!!!!!!!!

I strongly advise against this website!!!!!! They do not follow their regulations, vouchers are sent after more than 30 days, and points are not added for surveys (errors at the very end when approving answers, no possibility to contact them in this matter because the survey number is missing). I will not do any poll for them, and it is a waste of my time!!!!!!

Not Worth the time

I was with the Shopper Panel for eight months. Bought and scanned for every single week of that time. Regardless of how much you shop, you only get 300 points per week. You also get bonus points of 500 points for shopping non-stop. The bonus points are monthly. Not worth the trouble. To get $20, you need just under 17 thousand points. (16 thousand and something) Getting 17K worth of points will take you 58 weeks of shopping. I spend around $150 per week. So $150 x 58 weeks = $8,700. on food. And all they give you as a thank you is $20. Thanks, but no thanks





Worst customer service and rewards order not delivered

I have been accumulating points by scanning my purchases for this company every week for more than three years now, and when the time came to redeem those points for rewards, I placed an order for some Visa prepaid cards. The order was placed back in April, and I still haven’t seen my reward yet. I’ve contacted customer service repeatedly asking about the status of my order, and I’ve received the same vague answer that they’ll get back to me once they have an update, which they NEVER did! So please DON’T waste your time with these people! They collect all this information about your purchasing habits and give you nothing in return!!!! Beware!
