The Enlighten Panel is a survey site that rewards you for answering surveys. This site started in South Africa and is only available to residents of South Africa.
How does The Enlighten Panel Work?
Before you can start earning, you must be a member, and members must be at least 13 years old and be a resident of South Africa.

Paid survey is the only earning opportunity, and on the member dashboard, there is a survey section with two parts – the available surveys and profiler surveys.
The available surveys are the ones you earn rewards by taking, while the profiler surveys are surveys designed to gather more information about you.

How do you get paid?
When you log in to the member dashboard (refer to the photo above), your survey section has two parts – the available surveys and profiler surveys.

You can then exchange the points you’ve earned for gift cards. Choose any gift card you want from their catalog. The equivalent of 50 Rand is around $3.
Enlighten Panel doesn’t have a mobile app you can download, but you can still access their site from a mobile device using a mobile web browser; their site is optimized for mobile use.

They used to be a great company to do
They used to be a great company to do surveys for and earn a little extra on the side. Then without informing their members, they changed the payout time from 10 – 15 days to 20 – 30 days. When this was raised as a concern, they tell you that you are the only one that has a problem and everyone else is happy. Yet there are numerous complaints about this.
Imagine my surprise when I tried to log into my account am my email does not work. When entering my email for a new account, I have to complete a new application as if I have never had an account with them. No word or correspondence of a day that they were going to do this or why. Beware of them. They used to be good NOW THEY ARE NOT!! They have made progress but it was not in the right direction. So sad!!!!!

Enlighten not paying vouchers
It seems like Enlighten has turned into one of those dodgy survey sites. It used to be good, but it progressively got worse over the last few months. It is ridiculous. I see the other reviews here and elsewhere are similar, so it seems it is becoming the norm? We put in the effort to provide quality survey answers and expect the same back when it comes to payment. They say ten working days after the 15th you will get your vouchers, it is now 23 working days, more than double and still, nothing received. What is worrying is that there has been no correspondence from enlightening. Very disappointing.

I requested my reward on 03/12/2021 up until now 22/01/2021, I’ve not received my reward do not join up; they’re becoming a scam and should be reported I’ll find out where to report them officially and do so.
