How Toluna works
Toluna offers two types of surveys: profile surveys, basically about you. In all surveys, this particular type of survey is to know about you so that you can be matched with the relevant survey.
You will be asked for Other personal information like your name and address to build and operate a worldwide proprietary database. They take a minute or two, and you are rewarded with 100 points.
Other surveys
Mostly market research agencies and brands create surveys. Most surveys will last between 15 and 20 minutes.
Each survey starts with a few questions to make sure you qualify for the targeted demographic group needed for the study.
Sometimes, determining whether someone qualifies for a survey takes just a few questions, other times, it may take more.
You can access surveys on Toluna or by invitation sent to your inbox.
Product Testing
Product testing is another option for members to make extra cash. You can apply to test products based on your interests. It could be anything from soap, shampoo lotion, and more. And you get to keep the product and give your opinion.
There are several different ways to earn at Toluca; there are sponsored mini polls, these are very simple they are yes or no questions that last around 15 minutes, and this makes you 100 points.

How are payments made?
Payments are made by gift cards, there are a wide variety of gift cards ranging from $10 worth 30,000 points, $15 =45,000 points,$20 =60,000 points, $25 = 75,000 points $30 =95,000 $50 = 150,000 points PayPal is available in $30 increments.95,000 points.
You can see the points needed to earn are really a lot and it will take some time to earn all those points.
Is Toluna a Legit site
Yes, Toluna is a Legitimate site; several things are in place, The BBB accredited it, it has a sign-up sheet, company information is present,
But the question is, is it worth your time? Well, that’s for you to decide; according to the payout, you will be working for about $0.75 per hour; it does cost nothing to become a member so that you could give it a try.

I’ve not had a problem with this site
I’ve not had a problem with this site BUT recently, I cannot access the home page; this is the message after each completed survey:
“We are sorry, an error has occurred with your request. It’s not you; it’s us!
Click here to return to our homepage.”
I click on the ‘click here’ & it’s the same message…I cannot contact Toluna either, as the link provides the same message.

been doing this for 7 months ish for…
been doing this for 7 months ish for Christmas extras and very disappointed. iv done 3 home trais with promised Amazon vouchers but after receiving email last week saying i wasnt id b wary. toluna my name is darren berry from uk and i would rather u investigate instead of feedback on hear saying get in touch. you get in touch!!!!!
iv tried email you katy via your feedback however it does not work and would suggest trying for yourself. iv filled out tickets and your contact format/form is not good and to complicated. my tuluna name is daz_berry plz reply
