Forever Living was founded in 1978 by Carl Jensen and Rex Maughan in Tempe, Arizona.[1] By the 1990s, Maughan had purchased the Texas company Aloe Vera of America, with Aloe Vera of America selling its products to Forever Living for distribution

Some journalists have likened the multi-level marketing business model of Forever Living’s distribution system to that of a pyramid scheme.

What is a pyramid scheme?

A pyramid scheme is a business model that recruits members via promises of payments or services for enrolling others into the system rather than supplying investments or selling products. As recruiting multiplies, recruiting becomes quickly impossible, and most members are A lot of countries have already banned these kinds of companies because it is impossible for all of the members to make money from a company that only pays for recruitment.

Unable to profit, pyramid schemes are unsustainable and often illegal.

 A Forever Preferred Customer

A Forever Preferred Customer is a new member type for USA and Canada.: One who registers to purchase products at a 5% discount off the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) but does not wish to be a Forever Business Owner (FBO) and participate in the Company Marketing Plan

A Preferred Customer is not authorized or licensed to resell Forever Living products or to make purchases to help others resell products.

Save Your Retail Information When you shop through foreverliving.com, you can create a profile and save your payment information and order history for later use.

You can buy products at 15% below the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) when you first join.

If you purchase 2 CCs worth of product within 60 days, you can qualify for wholesale pricing. Wholesale prices are 30% below the SRP.

To qualify for any commission,

To qualify for any commission, you must remain active and order at least 1 CC of a product per month. In other words, you can’t get paid unless you spend US $140 per month.

Once you are ‘wholesale qualified,’ you can earn a 30% retail commission when customers order from your Forever Living FBO website.

You will also qualify for personal bonuses of 5-18%. All you have to do is find customers!

The Forever Living compensation plan, has more detailed information about the compensation plan.

The compensation plan document explains all the ways FBOs can earn income and what they need to do to make it.

Forever Living pays a differential commission. For example, if you qualify for the complete 48% to SRP discount, but someone you have sponsored only qualifies for 35%, you get the 13% difference!

The earnings potential doesn’t end at the 48%

The earnings potential doesn’t end at the 48% SRP commission. If you continue to grow your FLP network and reach the level of ‘manager,’ you will qualify for leadership bonuses.

Leadership bonuses are paid to any FBOs who reach the manager level in your downline.

These bonuses are paid to 3. generations of managers. You will earn 6% on 1st generation, 3% on 2nd, and 2% on 3rd generation.

If you continue to grow your Forever Living business, you might qualify for some of the incentives reserved for the top performers. These include:

  • Car Plan
  • Profit Sharing
  • Fully Paid Vacations
  • ‘Special Promotions

Before you join Forever Living, you should make an effort to read the Candice Kiddle Forever Living experience. Like millions of others, she signed up with the hopes of solving her financial problems, but it didn’t take long for the dreams to turn into nightmares.

Candice joined as a single mother and hoped to earn some extra cash using nothing more than the internet.

Within a few months, she realized she’d made a horrible mistake. This was not her path to financial freedom.

With Forever Living, she struggled to break even and was damaging friendships.

Candice’s story is far from an isolated case; some claim that Forever Living is a Scam!

The 5. steps MLM evaluation by Dr. John Tayolors was applied to Forever Living and found that it raises all 5. red flags.

This would suggest that new FBOs have a less than 1%

This would indicate that new FBOs have a less than 1% chance of turning a profit with Forever Living.

  • Red Flag 1 – Constant Recruitment of New Members

As we saw from the FLP marketing plan, you will achieve tremendous gains if you build a team that ‘duplicates’ your regular recruitment activities.

  • Red Flag 2 – Promotion Through Recruitment

Your success in FLP is linked to the CC volume generated by you and those you recruit. You can’t reach the higher management ranks unless you have a sizeable downline team

  • Red Flag 3 – Pay to Play

If you don’t buy 100 ccs (US $140) worth of products per month, you won’t get paid any commission.

The ‘remain active’ requirement is a common strategy used by MLMs to ensure that you keep buying products even if you don’t want to

  • Red Flag 4 – Most of the Rewards go to your upline

As we saw from the compensation plan video, 59% of commissions are included in the retail price of Forever Living products.

This does not include any additional benefits paid to high performers, such as cars, luxury holidays, etc.

Red Flag 5 – More than 5. levels in the payout plan

Forever Living has done its best to be as vague as possible with the information we can see. However, based on the depth of leadership bonuses paid, we are confident that they pay commissions of more than 5. levels

My Thoughts

As a previous member of several MLM, I became frustrated when I couldn’t sell enough or sometimes nothing and had to use or borrow funds to buy products to remain active.

There are many ways to make money, and online shopping has become very popular.

My favorite way is affiliate marketing, and here is why.

The benefits are many, but I will list a few:

  • No huge startup costs!
  • No selling face-to-face!
  • No stock to keep or manage!
  • No recruitment is involved!
  • No taking of endless surveys!
  • No vast investment involved – (Get started for FREE)
  • And no working for someone else!
  • You can operate in any market you wish! – even your hobbies & passions!
  • Earn a full-time income & more! No limit to your earning potential!

You may be saying you do not know about affiliate marketing; well, not to worry, there is (in my opinion) the best training platform in AFFILIATE Marketing.

,  Many affiliate marketers are making a million dollars per month doing it. But how do you make money with affiliate marketing?

Affiliate marketing is a logical and flexible sales model that creates multiple income streams.

However, it is not an easy, get-rich-quick model of income.

What Is Affiliate Marketing?

Affiliate marketing is an advertising model in which a company compensates third-party publishers to generate traffic or leads to the company’s products and services. The third-party publishers are affiliates, and the commission fee incentivizes them to find ways to promote the company.

And you can learn about affiliate marketing in ten lessons for free, and the good thing is that you will have your business site up and running at the end of these free lessons.

You can then decide if you want to continue, which is free. The lessons are presented via video, and you can go at your own pace.

Thank you for your time. I do appreciate it. Have you been a member of an MLM company? What was your experience? I would like to hear your thoughts or experience as a member of an MLM company, and I appreciate your questions and comments. And please share

.NOTE:  This post includes affiliate links, which, if clicked on and a product purchased, I get a small commission (with no increased cost to you)
