There is not much information that I could find, but I found that the payments are every month and  via PayPal; the amount per survey is between $20-$40

GrapeData is a legit survey site; GrapeData pays well and offers a convenient payment method.

The availability is few, so while they do pay well for a survey, the opportunity to answer surveys are few and far between

If you are looking for a way to earn money online, there are better ways to make good money online, and it is not easy as taking surveys or doing some simple tasks.

With the advent of the internet, anyone can make a good income online, and there are millions of lucrative niches for you to build a profitable business. And more people do business online.
